This product is truly amazing. It looks great and is so easy to use. I also straightened my hair, and it looks really shiny.

Packaging wow

The packaging is super stylish, an eye-catcher in the bathroom and a real highlight. The contents are probably good too... I'm still testing it. BUT the product is a disaster to use... The bottle is so awkwardly shaped that it's difficult to hold in your hand... The spray head is somehow too hard to press or too far away, making it a pain to use. The cap is just for decoration and serves no purpose, for example, when you want to pack it for travel. The cap was almost lost when I bought it. Please revise. For almost $10, it's a no-go.

We had actually noticed that the lid was a little loose on some bottles, and production has already been adjusted so that the lid now fits more securely, making it easier to travel with the bottle.

Not so satisfied

I bought this product in a Rossmann store. At first glance, the bottle looks nice, but on closer inspection, the plastic seems very cheap, especially since the cap keeps falling off when I carry it to the checkout, and even at home, it's just too loose. Maybe they need to rework this part of the production process. The smell, well, how can I put it, is barely there; it smells like stale water. It's easy to use, but unfortunately you only see a (small) shine when you use a lot of spray in combination with heat (curling iron, flat iron, hair dryer, etc.). Since you may not always want to do that or may want to let some of your hair air dry (natural curls, etc.), the shine result is rather minimal. Overall, I find this very unfortunate, as the product comes with a hefty price tag. For me personally, I would not recommend purchasing this product.

You're right, the lid can be a little loose on some bottles. We've already improved this in production, and our new products, such as the Diamond Glass Ultimate, now have a more secure, travel-friendly lid.

About the fragrance: We wanted to incorporate the Neqi Signature Scent into this product as well. Due to the raw materials used, the fragrance may be perceived slightly differently, but we have ensured that the formula remains highly effective.

Regarding shine: This is one of our favorite features, so we're really sorry to hear that it didn't quite meet your expectations. In our tests, Diamond Glass Spray can add up to 90% more shine compared to untreated hair. The shine is created by heat-activated polymers, which are best activated with styling tools such as hair dryers, straighteners, or curling irons.
Depending on your hair type and length, you may need to use a little more product to achieve the full effect. We recommend dividing your hair into sections and spraying each section individually to ensure the formula is evenly distributed and maximum shine is achieved.

Basically great

I really like the product itself. My hair can't tolerate heavy products, but this one works great. The only drawback I see is in the design itself. With wet fingers, the bottle keeps slipping out of my hand when I spray it. Also, the cap doesn't stay on very well. I can't tell you how many times it has fallen off because of this.

Gloss like from the salon!

I don't understand the negative reviews at all! You have to use the spray correctly, i.e. spray generously on towel-dried hair and then blow-dry to tension, then it works really well. 😍
My hair is super smooth afterwards, has a super nice shine and feels well-groomed. Even in rainy weather, everything stays sleek and frizz-free. Perfect for the trendy "glass hair" effect.
